Hampshire Emergency Amateur Radio Team (HEART) Net is a group of volunteer Amateur Radio operators in The Hampshire County West Virginia community. Our mission is to support the local emergency management office with additional Amateur radio communications tools during local emergencies.
HEART Net Amateur Radio members meet weekly on Wednesday at 7pm. We utilize an amateur radio repeater on frequency 444.950Mhz, pl 123, offset +5.
If you‘re a ham radio operator and would like to support the HEART Net Team, please join us on the air each Wednesday night. We also meet face to face at 7pm the 3rd Wednesday of the month. The meetings are held at the Emergency Operations Center on Jersey Mountain Rd near Romney, WV.
